In this liminal space, we confront the truths we avoid when awake shadows of our flaws, but also sparks of who we might become. Dreams, then, are not just escapes but journeys inward, where identity reshapes and reveals itself.

Eat Your Feelings tells the story of a woman trapped by her own repressed emotions, which she consumes endlessly. Her blank expression and drooping tongue symbolise a relentless search for instant comfort without true self-reflection.

This piece is a warning: feeding on one’s emotions without facing them leads to exhaustion and self-destruction. This painting serves as a reminder of the importance of acknowledging and processing our feelings, rather than letting them consume us.
